Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order as long as the product has not yet been shipped.
In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Returns Policy for Sensitive Products

Due to hygiene regulations, products such as sex toys and lubricants cannot be returned once opened.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Defective Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos showing the issue.
