Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your browsing and use of the Selfish website (the “Site”) and the services provided through it, which are operated by Trifive Holdings Ltd (the “Company”).
By using the Site or purchasing products through it, you agree to these Terms and to the Company’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
1. Scope of the Terms of Use
1.1 These Terms apply to all services provided on the Site, including the purchase of products, use of interactive forums, ratings, reviews, and any other use of content related to the Site.
1.2 These Terms apply to access from any type of device, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any change will take effect 14 days after being published on the Site.

4. Returns and Cancellations
4.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel an order as long as the product has not yet been shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4.2 Returns Policy for Sensitive Products
4.2.1 Products such as sex toys and lubricants that have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
4.2.2 Unopened products may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4.3 Defective Products
If a product is received damaged or defective, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and attach photos as proof of the defect.
4.4 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the product is received at the Company’s warehouse. Shipping fees will be refunded only in cases where the defect was caused by the Company.
5. Privacy and Use of Personal Data
5.1 All information collected on the Site is stored and processed in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

7.1 Shipments will be sent to the address provided at the time of order. The customer is solely responsible for providing and updating an accurate delivery address.
7.2 In the event that a damaged or incorrect product is delivered, the Company will bear the return shipping costs.
7.3 The customer is responsible for being available to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Site, products, and services are provided on an “as is” basis, without any additional warranties beyond those stated in the applicable product warranty terms.
8.2 The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of products in a manner that does not comply with the manufacturer’s instructions.
8.3 In the event of a dispute, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
10.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
