Home Delivery

Cost: ₪30
Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (excluding the order date).
Remote areas may experience delays of up to 2 additional business days.

ePost Express Delivery – ₪15

Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 2–5 business days
(Excluding the order date; remote areas may take slightly longer.)

Delivery is made to private ePost lockers or ePost pickup points in your city or nearby area.
You can locate your preferred pickup point on the ePost website.

After placing your order, your shipping provider and tracking number will appear in your order confirmation.

Important Information:

  • Packages sent via this service are held for 48 hours in lockers, or up to one week at pickup points.

  • After that, and for a short period, packages may be collected from the main ePost center.

  • A text message will be sent to notify you when your package is ready for collection.

  • Uncollected packages will be returned to us and the customer will be charged a ₪35 return fee.

  • Reshipping the parcel will incur an additional shipping fee.

  • You may select a specific pickup point via the ePost website. If the selected point is a locker and it is full, the courier may redirect the package to a nearby point within up to 3 km.

Discreet Packaging

All products are high quality and arrive in sealed, secure packaging.
Before shipping, we inspect the items to ensure proper condition.
Orders are packed in an inner protective wrapper and a sealed, discreet outer package with no mention of the website or brand name.
